Purchasing with a Credit Card or PayPal: We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express and PayPal
Purchasing with a Check: We charge a $35 service fee for any check which is not honored by a customer’s bank.
Shipping: Orders received by 11:59pm EST Monday through Friday are shipped the next day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays are shipped the next business day. All shipping is done using USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail. Special expedited shipping may be arranged by calling Player Services at (888) 830-5314.
Exchanges and Refunds: If you wish to return a shirt or other apparel in exchange for another size or item, place it in the smallest box or envelope you can get it into and mail it to All About Pickleball P.O. Box 357 Brookville, IN 47012. You are responsible for the shipping charge to get it to us. Include a note inside the package letting us know what size you wish and we will mail it to you at no additional charge. If you want to return something else please contact Player Services at (866) 406-8149 for return instructions. Unused and undamaged items can be returned within a 30 day period for a full credit or refund. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and must return the item to us prepaid in the original packaging.
Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged or defective product, retain the original shipping carton with all packing materials, including the shipping label. Contact Player Services at (866) 406-8149 for instructions to return the damaged item. We will file a claim with the delivery carrier and re-ship a replacement product at absolutely no charge. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Trademarks: Certain names such as “Pickleball Rocks” and logos are registered trademarks of specific companies and are used under license. Any resale, use, or other distribution of these trademarks to anyone without authorization is a trademark infringement.
